This document describes what data the site collects, for what purpose, and what rights visitors have.

1. Data controller

The data controller is the editorial team of the site at najlepsza-stomatologia-dziecieca-krakow.pl. For all data-related matters, contact kontakt@najlepsza-stomatologia-dziecieca-krakow.pl.

2. What data is processed

  • Technical server data: IP address, browser and operating system, the address requested, the date and time of the request, and the referring address. These are written to access logs by the hosting provider.
  • Analytics data — if analytics is enabled: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location at city level, device type.
  • Correspondence: the text of your message and your address, if you write to us.

The site has no feedback forms, does not register users, does not collect health data and does not profile visitors.

3. Legal basis and purpose

Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — keeping the site running and secure. Visit statistics, where they require cookies beyond the strictly necessary, are processed solely on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Correspondence is processed in order to reply.

4. Recipients of the data

Data may be processed by the hosting provider (storage of files and logs) and by the Google Fonts web font service, whose servers receive the IP address when font files are loaded. We do not sell or pass on data for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Server logs — up to 12 months. Analytics data — up to 14 months. Correspondence — up to 24 months from the last message.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

7. Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own for marketing purposes. If analytics is enabled, it uses cookies in the statistics category, set only after consent has been given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and cookies can be deleted in your browser settings.

8. Children

The site is addressed to parents and guardians, not to children. We deliberately do not collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

The current version applies from the date given above. We announce material changes on the site's home page.
