Write to us if you have found an error in the data, if a clinic's prices or opening hours have changed, or if you think the selection is missing a clinic. Anything we can confirm gets corrected and logged in the updates section on the home page.
Who runs this site
A small editorial team, not a clinic or a medical centre. The selection is compiled and kept up to date by Agnieszka Nowak, who is responsible for gathering prices, checking data against clinic websites, and the text. The medical layer — terminology, the description of inhalation sedation and general anaesthesia, indications and contraindications — is reviewed separately by Dr Andy Osman, a practising dentist.
We do not provide medical services, make diagnoses or book appointments — for that you need to contact the clinic directly. We gather and verify publicly available data — price lists, opening hours, dental teams, ratings on open sources — and set it side by side so it can be compared in one go.
We do not take money for reviews or for places in the selection
We do not consider offers of payment and we do not reply to them. That covers every form of it: money for a higher position, for a favourable paragraph, for removing or softening criticism, for a link, and for "approving" the text.
What that means in practice:
- a place in the selection cannot be bought — the order is set by the editorial team;
- text about a clinic cannot be approved or edited for a fee;
- criticism is not removed by money — only by a fact that disproves it;
- links to clinic websites are ordinary links; we neither buy nor sell them;
- we do not sell reader reviews, write them ourselves or delete them at a clinic's request.
If a clinic believes we have got something wrong about it, that is a perfectly good reason to write. Send us a link to the page or a document showing how things actually are, not money. We read those carefully and correct quickly.
What to write about
- an error in the data: price, address, opening hours, a dentist's name, language of appointments;
- information is out of date — the clinic has changed its price list or schedule;
- a clinic wants to clarify or add to its own details;
- suggesting a clinic that is not in the selection yet;
- press enquiries or permission to use our material.
What we cannot help with: booking your child an appointment, recommending a particular dentist remotely, or assessing a treatment plan or an X-ray. That is a dentist's job at an actual appointment, and substituting text on a website for it would be wrong.
